    We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Technician to join our innovative manufacturing team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace technology and contribute to the development of advanced space systems.

    The successful candidate will possess a solid background in aerospace, assembly, mechanical, and manufacturing, with a keen understanding of AS9100, IPC, and NASA standards.

    The role requires a meticulous technician who can interpret blueprints and ensure the highest quality of work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Assemble, install, and repair aerospace systems and components following detailed instructions, blueprints, and guidelines.
    Perform mechanical assembly operations including bonding, staking, torqueing, and wire routing.
    Conduct inspections of assembly and installation operations to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments and devices.
    Document assembly and test procedures to ensure production activities are traceable and retrievable.
    Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes.
    Assist in training other technicians and provide guidance as needed.
    Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Aerospace Technician or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
    Demonstrated knowledge of aerospace systems and components.
    Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
    This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and company needs.
