- Conduct quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies to understand consumer preferences, behavior, and trends.
- Organize and facilitate sensory panels testing sessions to evaluate product attributes such as taste, smell, texture, and appearance. Also work with panel leader to ensure screening, training, validation regularly conducted.
- Assist in designing research protocols and methodologies for data collection.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from consumer surveys and sensory panels testing.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, procurement, marketing, and quality assurance to implement research insights.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or Master's degree (preferred).
- Two (2) - five (5) Years' experience in sensory expert panel and consumer research (consumer research, sensory research agencies, food science, chemistry, market research agencies, etc.)
- Knowledge of data analysis of expert panel / QDA
- Quantitative consumer research
- Statistical Analysis – ANOVA
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Compusense familiarity is a plus
