- Work 8:30am - 1:30pm
- Work in the corporate office supporting Executive level.
- Assist in Identity and Access Management (IAM), to include provisioning, problem resolution and audit support.
- Maintain the local technology infrastructure.
- Respond to and document IT incidents utilizing Ports America's IT incident management system.
- Create, and maintain IT Solutions knowledge base documentation.
- Track and maintain local IT assets.
- Comply with Corporate Safety and IT policies and procedures.
- Identify, procure, and deploy customer IT equipment.
- Additional duties as directed by business need.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years' experience working in an office environment.
- Experience in a Windows environment supporting PCs, printers, network equipment (wired and wireless.)
- Experience with iOS devices.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, MS Outlook/Exchange, and MS Teams.
- Self-starter, work with minimal supervision.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and a team-oriented environment, with willingness to share knowledge and expedite the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
- Strong, hands-on, and current knowledge of the Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Outlook and Office 365 environments, and Windows network configurations in a global enterprise environment
- Extensive knowledge of customer IT desktop/laptop solutions, including deployment, maintenance, and fault resolution
- Experience presenting technical and security concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of change management, project management and process improvement principles.
- Knowledge of conference room A/V equipment.
- Experience handling priorities on a pro-active basis, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment to maximize time-management and efficiencies.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs.
