• USA $150,000 + Excellent Package + Benefits My client is a world leader in Workplace and Facilities Services provider and we have an amazing opportunity to join them in a senior leadership role as Global Account Director for a key client.

For this role, we need the incoming candidate to be based in the USA and be happy to travel globally as required.

The key driver for The Global Account Director role is to ensure a strategic partnership with the customer by developing a deep understanding of the customers' business and purpose to create true value for the customer.

About the role:
It's a big oneThe client is a global tech company and the contract spans 50 countries worldwide. The estate is home to 170 properties and supports over 50,000 employees on a daily basis.
Your role will be to lead almost 2000 people globally to deliver exceptional workplace experiences for the client. You will drive a strategic customer focus and in doing so, ensure account retention and growth.


All about you:

You are responsive, professional, and strategic in your approach to customers and delivery of enhanced services and growth whilst identifying client opportunities.

Extensive experience with budgets, management reporting and a strong commercial acumen.
A confident communicator that possesses a positive, self-motivated team-player attitude.
Ability to build strong relationships quickly and collaborate across multiple disciplines to achieve buy-in.

Relevant global and segment experience at a strategic level, and able to build strategic plans and transfer strategy into operation.

Ability to handle complex contracts and balance multiple projects while thriving in a very dynamic environment.
Experienced negotiator and ability to build and maintain lasting and profitable relations in executive management levels externally and internally.
You understand the complexities of matrix organizations and can confidently navigate through it, leading strong, motivated teams.
