Install and commission chemical generation systems at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
Interface with units remotely to troubleshoot issues and provide timely support to local team members in diagnosing equipment problems.
Collaborate with the research and development team to modify and enhance the capabilities of our equipment, improving current processes and exploring new opportunities.
Conduct on-site testing and validation of equipment modifications and enhancements.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
Document installation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Conduct trialing of developing products and monitoring their impact to customer production units.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred).
Proven experience in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and support, preferably in a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate project deadlines and customer needs.Target 50% travel with 85% within the US, 15% in Canada.
