    We are seeking a skilled Caregiver and Medication Assistant to join our team at Lifespace Communities. In this role, you will work closely with our residents to provide personalized support and care.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up medication for residents and administer it under the direction of a licensed nurse and according to physician orders.

    • Record and document all medication, treatment, and care provided to residents.

    • Take and record vital signs of residents.

    • Prepare monthly summaries and take off physician orders as needed.

    • Respond to resident calls and requests.

    • Assist residents with activities of daily living.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Some directly related work experience is preferred.

    • Must have and maintain medication aide licensure per state requirements.
