- Operate equipment to perform various tasks, such as digging trenches, moving materials and other tasks.

Job DescriptionTaylorHelm is an up and coming, fast growing contracting company seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join a positive work environment.
Overview:
The Trencher Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment, understanding of reading plans, performing daily maintenance, (blowing out of filters, fueling, greasing & cleaning.) Experience installing MV cable, operating other heavy equipment (backhoes, excavators and bulldozers) is a plus. Ideal candidates must have prior experience working in the construction industry and the ability to be out of the equipment helping with crews on the ground at times. This position requires working outdoors in the sun and inclement weather as well.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30/hour with $100/day per-diem
Expected hours: 40-60 with weekly overtime.
