    Production Assembler A

    • Schedule:Full Time: 6:00am 2:30pm, Monday Friday and overtime as schedule requires.
    *Position Summary:

    Assembly of small sub-assemblies and some minor instruments. Working with little to no supervision and ability to help train other builders.

    *Position Responsibilities:

    Assemble sub-assembly for customer and final instrument assembly
    Assemble minor instruments
    Minor rework of sheet metal
    Minor paint touchup
    Set up work orders
    Reject non-conforming parts and stop process when parts or process is out of control
    Assist Group Leader and Trainer as needed with training
    Excellent hand dexterity with good assembly skills and knowledge of mechanical assembly
    Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision
    Experience with soldering and good assembly skills
    Knowledge of mechanical assembly
    Basic Quality Skills, department training which includes crimping training

    *Position Requirements:

    Good working knowledge of Print Room and Solid Works
    Good working knowledge of ORACLE for department work order moves and able to teach others if needed

    *Education/Certifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
