    • Perform application upgrades for premier customers on a scheduled basis
    • Responsible for immediate escalation of issues that occur during an upgrade
    • Responsible for adherence to the upgrade processes and procedures for both Production and Non-Production environments
    • 1-2 years' work experience in industry, client/customer service or technical help desk.
    • Experience working and communicating with external clients required.
    • Ability to work independently yet support team responsibilities.
    • Must be able to communicate in technical and non-technical terms depending on audience.
    • Excellent internal and external verbal, written and listening communication skills.
    • A positive, friendly, can-do attitude.
    • Proven analytical There will be customer interaction as scheduling and verification of completion will need to be done.
