- Apply exceptional interpersonal skills by professionally and warmly greeting each visitor as they come through Ainsworth's doors
- Apply superior telephone and email etiquette while receiving and directing incoming calls, messages, and emails, performing this with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with answering service to ensure all messages are received and forwarded in a timely and accurate manner

- Receiving expense reports by mail and filtering these reports to send to various employees
- Filtering emails and forwarding invoices and expense reports
- Matching expense reports to cheques and filing accordingly
- Sorting, copying, filing and mailing cheques weekly
- Couriering documents as needed
- form other adhoc duties as assigned by Management listed below:
- 3 years' experience working in a Client Service or administrative position
- High School graduate, Post-Secondary education preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems would be an asset.
- Experience working with JD Edwards software would be an asset.
- Proficient computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)
- Solid and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Proficient with switchboard systems, and has a proven capacity to learn new programs and processes with extreme efficiency
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
