- To address medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries through various channels such as telephone calls, emails, and faxes.
- Receive, record, and report Adverse Drug Reactions promptly in accordance with regulations and internal protocols.
- Manage drug safety data processes including call intake, documentation, peer review, case follow-up, and submission to regulatory bodies.
- Develop and update training materials based on procedural, system, and regulatory changes.
- Deliver training sessions and assess effectiveness as needed.
- Provide guidance to junior team members in call management.
- Support various assigned activities including tracking information, quality control, trainings, and data reconciliation.
- Ensure the quality of processed data and perform any other necessary tasks.
- BS/BA degree and 3-4 years of safety experience.
- Preferably hold a degree in disciplines like Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
