Church Administrator - Montgomery

Job summary:
This is a Church Administrator position that requires spiritual responsibilities such as consistent prayer and time in God's Word. The job also involves administrative duties like prioritizing work given by pastors and staff members.Apart from these tasks the administrator will be involved with back-up computer files maintenance of office equipment software updates as required calling customer service departments for any software or hardware that may require additional attention.
The role includes relational aspects such as being warm and loving to all guests coming into contact with them ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. The team unity is also a big priority gossip will not be tolerated with staff or others when issues need to be addressed godly conflict resolution principles are practiced.We prioritize family by requiring full-time staff members to take a full day off where they are strongly encouraged not do church related tasks.
