    Description

    Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst

    • Full-time position, at Philadelphia, PA (Center city)
    • Hybrid onsite/remote working model
    • No visa sponsorship or C2C opportunity

    Join a leading financial services organization in Philadelphia looking for an RPA analyst to optimize processes through automation. You will work closely with internal teams to simplify operations using specialized software. Responsibilities include defining requirements, setting up automations, and ensuring smooth operations. We seek someone with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication.

    Required Skills:

    • Process Evaluation: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
    • Communication: Document systems and interact effectively with stakeholders.
    • Organization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead automation projects from beginning to end.
    • Develop automated solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere and Xceptor.
    • Guide junior analysts and developers in automation.
    • Deploy and support automation bots.
    • Understand client needs and propose automation strategies.
    • Analyze processes and suggest enhancements.
    • Collaborate with tech teams to integrate automation into projects.
    • Evaluate outcomes and provide user training.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues.

    Your Qualifications:

    • 2 years of RPA experience with tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Fortra, BluePrism
    • Strong communication skills and ability to explain processes visually.
    • Project management and organizational skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft SQL databases.
    • Must be a local candidate in Philadelphia for onsite work at least 1-2 days a week.
