- Manage all production activities and drive the efforts for continuous improvement in the Imaging area.
- Serve as a role model and provide positive daily leadership and coaching for all team members to include conducting daily status meetings with the team, informing the team of applicable company notices, establishing daily work expectations for each team member, organizing job training and cross training, and provide ongoing coaching on job performance.
- Maintain value stream informational boards and prepare informational reports and daily status updates as required.
- Attend and participate in daily meetings with the Operations Team and in other meetings as scheduled.
- Ensure good teamwork among the value streams' employees and that each team member complies with company policies, procedures, core values, quality requirements, environmental, health and safety standards, external regulatory requirements, and employment laws.
- Complete other duties as assigned by manager including direct labor tasks as identified.
- High School Diploma or GED required

Overview
The Production Lead will be responsible for the daily management of all production activities and Continuous improvement efforts in the Imaging Value Stream. Will work closely with program management, production control, engineering, production leadership, purchasing, logistics, quality, and human resources to ensure that all required resources such as people, work assignments, job travelers, manufacturing instructions and supply/logistics requirements are organized within the value streams to meet the company's established production schedule.
This is a first shift position.
