- Lead the identification and implementation of solutions for rotating machinery issues across all regional plants.
- Ensure a culture of safety and compliance with all standards across the region.
- Lead and support short, medium, and long-term maintenance, improvement, and relief projects.
- Implement best practices and drive efficiency through Six Sigma.
- Develop and deliver technical training for regional personnel.
- Bachelor's in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
- Minimum 7 years of experience with industrial rotating equipment (5+ years in operations and engineering).
- Troubleshooting and maintaining rotating machinery (compressors, turbines, pumps, etc.)
- Root Cause Analysis and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Regulatory and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and achieve results independently.
- Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Level II vibration analysis certification.
- Air Separation experience and knowledge.
- CMMS experience (SAP PM preferred).
- Professional qualifications and licensing.
