    PBS is looking for a Clinician to work with our participants of all levels.

    Join our growing team in promoting the independence of adults with developmental disabilitiesWe are looking for an individual who is interested in working with participants who reside in their own homes in the community to provide guidance for independent living.

    This position is a combination of therapeutic services, clinical oversight and administrative duties including training, team meetings, supporting staff in the community, working with the team to provide quality care to the participants served.

    The position is a combination of salaried and billable hours.
    Clinician ResponsibilitiesProvide counseling services to participants in office and/or in their residence.
    Provide guidance and training to students completing an internship with the agency.
    Participate in administrative meetings, team meetings for participants and intake process for new participants.
    Provide on-going training to staff regarding participants and their needs. Support administrative staff with training material and behavior interventions.
    Provide crisis management as needed.
    Complete thorough and appropriate documentation of services.
