- Conduct contractor visits.
- Review and approve maintenance invoices.
- Analyze spend and recommend ways to maintain maintenance costs.
- Work with contractors to make repairs to gas station fuel systems.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Job PostingGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Manager Operations Maintenance will provide repair and maintenance support to Murphy USA retail facilities on a company wide basis.
These activities will include providing maintenance support at a senior technician level and providing customer training and vendor partner development.
When not traveling, this position will provide Repair & Maintenance support at a senior technician to the Repair & Maintenance Analyst.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc.
Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 3 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
