Overview:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs on injection molding equipment. This is a high-speed and controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all required necessary preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Actively participate in teams and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Answer machine alarms as they occur and identify and address the root cause.
• Follow all 5S guidelines
• Perform and document inspections per cGMP for work instruction sheet, on device history sheet records, and work instruction sheet tables
• Follow all Lock Out/Tag Out rules
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any pneumatic, electrical or mechanical malfunction on a variety of machines
• Adjusts assembly machine units for major/minor lot production operations following department specification

Preferred/Required Education/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with injection molding required
