- This role will lead the strategy for the Payroll department, ensuring processes are accurate, efficient and timely.
- Lead a team of Payroll specialists with two Payroll Managers as direct reports.
- Process multi state Payroll, this organization has coverage across the entire US.
- A heavy focus on stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
- Oversee compliance and auditing.
- Work closely with teams to ensure accuracy within Workday Payroll.
- 10+ years leading and managing the processing of payrolls, both multi state and international.
- 5 years' experience leading teams of payroll experts.
- 2 + years' experience with Workday Payroll.
- Experience working within a large organization (10,000+ employees).
- Experience setting a strategy to streamline payroll processes.

Director of Payroll - $190,000 - $220,000 + Bonus
Hale International are currently working with a large well known and established organization that are actively looking to hire a Director of Payroll. This role will be hybrid in Dallas, TX.
This is a really important leadership position that will play a key role in designing and leading the ongoing processes and strategy for the Payroll division.
The organization have a large headcount and have a presence across multiple states and Canada. This individual will work with stakeholders across the business.
