    Hiring Shifts:

    Second shift, Monday - Friday, 3p - 11p

    Third shift, Sunday - Thursday, 11p - 7am

    Pay: $17-20/hr (+$1-2/hr shift differentials)

    Environment:

    • Manufacturing facility - Fast and slow paced departments
    • Clean, organized, and tidy facility.
    • Uniforms and Tools Provided.
    • First hands on training for the first 90 days

    Position Duties and Functions:

    • Machine operation
    • Assembly of components
    • Responsible for all assigned specialty machines to produce high quality precision products.
    • Machine set up and adjustments
    • Troubleshoot machines
    • Perform Change overs
    • Conduct daily maintenance of machines
    • Inspections of products and parts
    • Machine types in this facility: saws, milling machines, machining centers, heat treatment machines, specialized hole drilling machines, straighteners, grinders, cutting machines, and specialized equipment.
    • Additional Machines that do not alter or fabricate products: Washers, wrapping machines, packing machines, laser welding, marking machines, etc.

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

    • High school Diploma
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
    • Ability to read and understand basic measuring equipment such as tape measures, micrometers, and rulers
    • Machine operator or Assembly technician experience
    • Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
