- Training and building self-capability to independently perform required maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, always demonstrating safe behaviors.
- Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work.
- Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical problems and make repairs though adjustments, defective parts replacement or fabrication.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tasks as assigned.
- Teach basic mechanical skills to equipment operators to support autonomous maintenance, equipment set-up and center lining.
- Assist with changeovers and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment.
- Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision.
- Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
- Utilize Limble CMMS to complete work and record failure and repair data.
