Senior DSP/Audio Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer

Duration:

9 Months Contract (Possibility Extension)


Must have Skills:
C, C++ MATLAB coding skills
Proficiency in MathWorks tools (MATLAB & Simulink)
Intimate knowledge of audio algorithm optimization and fine-tuning
Experience with audio algorithms such as echo/feedback cancellation, adaptive beamforming, noise cancellation, and sound scene detection


Good to have skills:
Experience with acoustic simulations as well as measurement software and equipment
Knowledge of electroacoustic transducers and systems


Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DSP/Audio Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer to join our team working on smart glasses.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in developing and optimizing audio algorithms and firmware for embedded systems
Strong understanding of digital signal processing techniques and their implementation on embedded platforms
Experience with C/C++ programming languages and familiarity with embedded operating systems such as FreeRTOS
Experience with Tensilica Hifi DSP
Knowledge of audio processing frameworks such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Audacity
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
