Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager Trainee to join our team!We want proven, experienced store leaders with a passion for customer service and a knack for driving sales.
The ideal candidate will have prior work experience as an Assistant Store Manager in big-box supermarkets,
a Bachelor's Degree in business concentration like Finance Accounting Marketing Management Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics etc., excellent communication interpersonal leadership organizational skills ability keep confidence of associates customers management alike travel take assignment within regional areas Washington Virginia Maryland Delaware

Responsibilities
- Plan implement follow-up on weekly sales programs Manage control track store payroll budget collaborating management to meet sales profit payroll productivity goals maintain utilize payroll system ensure accurate inputs adjustments projections Ensure compliance Giant programs policies local state federal food labor safety regulations Oversee lead operational team department managers associates Expose part-time associates department managers promising internal candidates Conduct store tours evaluate conditions standards respond accordingly Collaborate with management assist aspects total operations including customer service associate development sales profit payroll productivity goals etc.
