    VP, Director, Operating System Implementation and Management

As part of the larger Analytics + Technology (A+T) department, the Applied Analytics team draws on the dynamic advertising technology space, digital and offline analytics, and evolving methodologies to address complex research and measurement challenges across Starcom client brands. The VP, Director will drive implementation, requirements gathering, and global consistency across Starcom's internal proprietary platform/operating system. The VP, Director will interact with agency stakeholders and global client leads to providing strong action-oriented recommendations, develop platform roadmaps, and develop best practice use cases in order to drive consistency across the network. Provide leadership and oversight for teams onboarding to new operating system platform
    ~ Develop best practices and processes for platform implementation
    ~ Develop best practices and processes for system management
    ~ Collaborate with stakeholders across agency teams and clients to ensure smooth system implementation onto new operating system
    ~ Work with internal teams and clients to ensure successful day to day management of system
    ~ Manage all projects and rollouts related to operating system
    ~Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, engineering, marketing, advertising or business, economics
    ~ Robust experience with design, modeling, and execution of complex data analytics
    ~ Expertise in implementation and application of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sets
    ~ Working knowledge of statistical software packages and coding languages (SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Advanced Excel)
