    We're seeking a future team member in the role of Technical Product Owner to join our Enterprise Data Management team.

    Work on some of the most complex and interesting problems at the intersection of two dynamic Industries Finance and Technology
    Influence decisions on Process enhancement and Controls Strategy and implementing Innovative technology-based solutions.
    Interact with other high-performing teams within BNY Mellon to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank.

    Establish large and fascinating business context domain knowledge through the lens of data management currently not available anywhere else.


    Experienced hands-on Operational Process and Controls with solid data and Metadata Management, from concept to implementation
    Strong stakeholder management and people skills
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and management expectations accordingly to senior stakeholders.
    Experience with complex business process flow modelling, data structures and operational risk controls.

    You have 10+ years of experience, with at least 4 years leading a data management capability from inception to operation.

    Knowledge of financial products and business processes and risk controls self-assessment
    You bridge the technical and business worlds with a combination of vision, and market/user/competitor research.
    Experience in business analysis, user research, maturity road-mapping, change management, planning and reporting.

    Worked in Agile environment and played an active role in scrums such as backlog refinement, sprint planning and sprint demo.

    A working knowledge of data governance frameworks, best practices in particular Business Process Modelling, Controls environment in alignment with risk management standards (RCSA), Data Quality and Metadata Management.

    Experienced with UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma (SIPOC) Modelling

    The ability to build consensus amongst a wide range of partners including businesses and functions, technology, operations, legal & compliance.

    Manages the project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program.
    Provides guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Leads implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation.

    Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas.

    Participates in industry forums and keeps current on domain knowledge for their specific product and application areas of expertise.
