Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Restorative Nurse Aide (CNA) to support our residents in achieving their highest level of physical function.In this role you will provide restorative care services including ROM ambulation positioning transfers ADLs prosthetic management and restorative dining carry out care plans and restorative programs under the direction of the DONADON therapy team monitor apply maintain positioning devices such as splints slings hand rolls complete accurate documentation charting timely manner observe report any physical behavioral changes residents Charge Nurse weigh document residents monthly routine assessments assist training staff restorative techniques demonstrate professionalism strong attendance positive attitude appropriate conduct.
