- Perform inpatient staffing duties, ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing and distribution.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
- Monitor medication orders for appropriateness, accuracy, and potential drug interactions.
- Participate in medication reconciliation processes and provide clinical pharmacy services as needed.
- Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and interns.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona
- Previous experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacy practice standards.
