- Provide administrative assistance, including phone calls, voicemail management, and event calendar updates.
- Create promotional materials for campus ministries events and activities.
- Maintain bulletin boards and dining hall tables with relevant postings and information.
- Design flyers and announcements for special events.
- Assist with event planning and setup.
- Provide customer service and support during office hours.
- Actively promote campus ministries through social media management and utilization.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Office of Ministry workspace.
- Current WAU student with a motivation for learning and service.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service skills.
