Join one of the nation's leading healthcare systems as an Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst and provide intermediate level support to health professionals by facilitating assessment of current practice and translation of end user needs into the optimal configuration of clinical applicationsAs an Epic Willow Analyst, you will use your expertise to support to health professionals by facilitating assessment to manage data and determine components that are suitable to build while maintaining alignment with our Client's professional standards.

You'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid contract position working with client's anywhere within the United States, while taking on new challenges.

These contracts typically require onsite work during the Go-Live phase of the project which may be two to four weeks at a time.

• Providing Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise for assigned Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst
• Collaborating with end users to design, build and optimize their Epic system in a timely and high-quality manner
• Ensuring appropriate decisions, follow-up questions, and workflows/configuration clarifications are completed and documented
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications
• Designing and developing test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing; Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards, to include negative and regression testing; documents outcomes
• Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating system needs to develop recommendations for customers
• Facilitating coordination with physicians and end users in the analysis and documentation of workflows, performing gap analysis, identifying needed process changes, and developing future workflows during the implementation of new solutions or functionality
• Troubleshooting and/or resolving application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate
  Hours: 40 hours a week-M-F 8 AM - 5 PM

  Requirements:
• Active Epic Willow Inpatient Certification
• Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges
• Ability to travel for Go-Live Travel is within the United States.
