    A postal mail handler plays a vital role in the processing and delivery of mail across various regions. To be successful, you will need to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


    The position involves sorting and distributing mail efficiently using specialized tools and equipment. You should also possess basic math skills for handling money transactions or operating cash registers if required by your specific job duties.


    In addition to physical labor requirements such as lifting heavy bags of mail weighing up to 70 pounds with proper training throughout career journey safely, this position requires standing on foot for extended periods while moving along aisles or corridors where available space allows without taking regular breaks sitting down unless necessary due health reasons; since long hours spent walking around facilities may cause fatigue especially during peak seasons when demand increases greatly leading increased volume processed within designated timeframe making timely completion critical aspect success criteria meeting customer satisfaction levels consistently delivered service standard at all times maintained through continuous improvement initiatives implemented regularly following performance evaluations conducted quarterly assess progress toward goals set initially upon hire date listed below).
