This role involves maintaining productivity, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, contributing to labor planning, and providing leadership to the distribution center team.
Reporting to the Distribution Site Leader, the individual in this position must demonstrate flexibility in working overtime as needed. Leading a team of 20-40 Develop outbound team General Warehouse labor and safety lead managing Order management Pick and Packing Shippingsalary:
$80,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Outbound operations, including order management, picking, packing, shipping, shipper communication, customer requirements, customer compliance, customer communication, and internal stakeholder communication. Lead a team of people. Develop Outbound team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
