    Job Title

    We are seeking compassionate and caring Companion Caregivers to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide companionship and engaging conversation to seniors
    • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
    • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and linen changing
    • Plan and prepare meals for clients
    • Remind clients of medication schedules
    • Transport clients to appointments
    • Support family members in learning safe care techniques

    Requirements

    • Treat clients with dignity and respect
    • Interpret client plans of care
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Flexibility and adaptability in new situations
    • Tolerance for small pets (dogs and cats)
    • Availability by phone or email for shift scheduling, updates, and emergencies
    • Lift a minimum of 25 pounds
    • Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care is an asset
