Job Overview:
Builder Finance Inc. ("BFI") is the growing lender to builders and investors for houses and multi-unit residential. Launched in 2014, BFI now has multiple, coast-to-coast lending programs.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the loan closing process and represent BFI throughout the loan closing process


Responsibilities include:

preparing, reviewing and distributing loan documentation and settlement statements; handling the title insurance process, including the recording/perfection of relevant liens; coordinating loan closings and initial disbursement of funds; and ensuring proper recording and filing of lending instruments.

Communication with borrowers, internal staff, and BFI agents is required.

Qualifications:

Education:
If most recent degree was obtained less than 5 years ago please include cumulative GPA and transcript.

Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant, real estate experience.
