- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC applications
- Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholdersregardingstatus, technicalissuesand creative solutions
- Perform Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and development
- Ability to support configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
- Support data migration related analysis, manipulation, and load activities for system cutover and SFDC go-live
- Handlenumerousprojects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
- Monitor usage for compliance
- Maintain security for data
- Interface with business analysts and technical staff andbe responsible fordelivering complete work products
- Implement App Exchange solutions
- Research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- 8+ years total experience
- Functional knowledge of data structure and understanding of how toleveragethe tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
- Must have proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, APIs, and Web Service
- Eligible to obtain andmaintainand government Public Trust security clearance
- Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- At minimum hold currentMin Platform Dev II & App Arch cert
- Experience with Java-based applications
- Experience with VSCode with Salesforce DX and Git version control
- Experience delivering aSalesforce projectsusing Agile andDevSecOpsmethodologies
- Experience with Salesforce Development and Deployment Tools
- Experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior developers
- Experience with Communities and Flows

Develop, test, document andmaintainsolutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Follow coding standards andparticipatein code reviews during projects to ensureappropriate designpatterns are followed.
