    Senior Program Manager

    Join our team to lead and support major capital projects and programs. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in engineering and construction with industry experience in energy, utilities, or gas.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and guide Project Managers to ensure project deadlines, budgets, and standards are met.
    • Provide technical knowledge and support to the Project & Program Management Department.
    • Evaluate project progress and performance, implementing necessary actions.
    • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contingencies.
    • Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties to expedite project progress.
    • Manage departmental personnel matters, including appraisals, training, and safety.
    • Develop and improve processes, procedures, and reporting systems.
    • Support the Manager in departmental systems and procedure development.
    • Serve as a mentor to Project Managers, fostering professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
    • PMP certification required
    • Licensed Professional Engineer or certified Planner preferred.
    • Extensive project management experience, ideally within the energy, gas, or utility industry
    • Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, large Tier- ERP systems, and other relevant software.
    • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to energy / utility operations.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
    • Minimum 8 years of project management experience with large complex projects.
    • Several years of supervisory experience preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously

    Location: Honolulu, Hawaii (hybrid)

    Compensation: 100-140K base salary
