    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting every customer, answering questions, and offering assistance when needed.
    • Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment by being aware of potential hazards and reporting any issues to Store Leadership.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store by performing daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies.
    • Stay up-to-date on merchandise presentation and ensure that products are properly displayed and merchandised according to company standards.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of awareness and accuracy when handling cash, checks, charge cards, and refunds.

    Qualifications and Special Skills:

    • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

    Physical Requirements/ADA:
    • Ability to use all Store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PC as required.
    • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store.
    • Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
    • Ability to occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds.
    • Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other assigned supplies.
