SUMMARY

We are seeking a qualified candidate for our open Director of Claims Position. The successful candidate will have experience in the claims function, be a self starter, and able to handle multiple claims at a time.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Major duties involve reporting and handling all claims that are submitted to the insurance division. This would include both Texas and Oklahoma Claims.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES

We expect this position to grow into using claim metrics to assist our customers in understanding where they are having issues, all with the purpose of adding value to our relationship with our customers.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry knowledge preferred.
• Obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.

Technical/Functional Competencies

• Proficient in PC operating systems.
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Knowledge and Experience of Carrier websites.
• Knowledge and Experience of Comparative rater websites.
