    Description

    Job Role: Software Engineer (Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server TSQL)

    Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

    Responsibilities:

    • Implementing robust Stored Procedures.
    • Implementing highly scalable Data Access Layers.
    • Maintaining SQL scripts, indexes, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
    • Maintaining and creating SSIS Packages.
    • Building secure and reusable code and libraries.
    • Translating requirements and technical analysis into visual elements or back-end features.
    • Validating and correcting upstream technical design.
    • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
    • Implementing automated unit testing.
    • Handling data migration, transformation, and scripting.
    • Writing technical design and partial architectures.
    • Conducting effective code reviews.
    • Troubleshooting and correcting product bugs.
    • Conducting feature demos.
    • Estimating features and tasks.
    • Following and participating in development standards and guidelines.
    • Applying data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations.

    Required Skills:

    • Over 10 years of professional experience in Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle PL-SQL development.
    • More than 5 years of experience in database development with SQL Server.
    • At least 3 years of experience in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.
    • Expertise in writing store procedures and queries using T-SQL.
    • Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server.
    • Hands-on experience in Migration work from Oracle to SQL.
    • Flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Capacity to multitask and switch context effectively between different activities and teams.
    • Passion for technology and adept at problem-solving.
