Working on projects in the following areas-- Capacity and 4M Analysis (Man, Machine/Tool, Material, and Measure)Standards, Span, Order Policy, Work Structure, Routing Maintenance including Time Studies.
- Workflow Optimization & Cost Out (5S, Lean, Kanban, Spaghetti Diagrams)
- Facility and Equipment Capital planning and layoutsMetric / Performance / Labor Analysis & Data AnalyticsVisual Factory (Crew Loads / Pacer Charts)
