- Support Network Switching and Routing
- Configure and troubleshoot Encryption Devices
- Support COMSEC keying material
- 5+ years related experience
- Experience with applying DoD STIGs for network devices
- Experience supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Knowledge of network support and monitoring tools, including Solarwinds or Splunk
- Ability to create and manage network support documentation
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, or Information Systems
- Active Top Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility)
- HS diploma or GED
- Security+ certification (or equivalent IAT Level 2)
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
