- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service or relative administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with multiline telephone
- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority (if applicable)
- Ensure Customer Business Center is clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer coordination services
- Follow proper phone procedures and etiquette
- Stock and maintain cleanliness of refreshment area
- Greet customers consistently in a friendly manner
- Assist customers with reservations for transportation, lodging, meals etc.
- Offer information on local attractions, restaurants and events
- Oversee utilization of courtesy car per approved standard operating procedure
- Track flights via FlightAware FBO Toolbox; including inbound and departing customers
- Maintain Salesforce customer preferences data
- Update visitor log input in customer preference database
- Process purchase orders and internal/external payments
- Facilitate initial and recurring training of employees in the Concierge position.
