    Baltimore, MDDuration:
    November to January 1, 2020 (possibility of extension or locum to permanent)

    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmPatients per shifts: 10-15Scope: Providing in person and telehealth infectious disease consultation for primary care teams across offices, including for HIV, Hep C, complex antibiotic therapySupport staff: 2 case managers, social worker, and a medical assistantRequired: Board Certified, Active Maryland license, Call or email for more details Assistance with credentialing provided EXPEDITED Travel, Accommodations, Housing, Malpractice
