_*Summary*_*:

Lipman Family Farms of Knoxville, TN is seeking _*Regional*_ _d_rivers to join the family and deliver produce with 53' refrigerated trailers.

Trucks are all manual transmission so experience with manual transmission trucks is required.

_*Because We Care About Our Drivers*_

• Only 1-2 layovers per week
• Weekly 34 hour resets are taken at home
• No slip seating (Drive your own assigned equipment/sleeper unit)
• Designated lanes to Memphis TN , OH, IN, AL, GA

_*Qualifications:
*_

• Fluent with Manual Transmission; required
• Class A Driver's License (Required)
• Commercial (CDLA) driving: 1 year minimum
• Tractor-trailer driving: 1 year minimum
• Air Brake Endorsement preferred

_*Base Compensation*_
* $0.75 cents/mile or *$1,300.00 Weekly* (*whichever is greater*)
* $100.00 for every perfect roadside inspection
* $ Quarterly Safety Bonus
* *OPTIONAL:* paid driver unload program $0.10 per cases
