- Evaluate creditworthiness, review credit limits, and release orders for franchisees based on their payment history, distributor health scores, and FICO ratings.
- Balance risk and opportunity, ensuring prudent credit extension.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor trade accounts receivable (A/R) and notes receivable.
- Analyze franchisees' business performance and trends to mitigate financial risk.
- Keep bad debt losses to a minimum.
- Collaboration and Rapport:
- Cultivate strong relationships with our valued distributors.
- Collaborate closely with District & Regional Managers to align financial strategies with business decisions that impact distributors.
- Collections Excellence:
- Proactively manage franchise accounts receivable and promissory notes.
- Employ tact and diplomacy to resolve outstanding balances.
