    Responsibilities:
    Lead project management and client relations, overseeing the execution of electrical designs.
    Craft proposals for diverse clients as either the primary A/E or sub-consultant.
    Manage project contracts, handling invoicing and resource allocation.
    Collaborate with team leads to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines within budget constraints.
    Conduct thorough electrical system analysis, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
    Develop construction documents for various electrical systems, coordinating with internal and external specialists.
    Coordinate with multiple trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical requirements.
    Perform design calculations and develop one-line diagrams for electrical systems.
    Conduct on-site verifications for renovation projects and validate existing systems.
    Draft and revise specifications in line with project needs.
    Liaise with manufacturer representatives to identify tailored solutions.
    Prepare design deliverables for owner-required submittals at different project stages.
    Oversee project construction administration, including responding to queries, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits.
    Participate in design reviews as part of the QA/QC process.
    Attend meetings with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry professionals as necessary.
    Engage in business development activities, including involvement in trade organizations and assisting with presentations.


    Minimum Requirements:
    years of experience in electrical design and project management within the consulting engineering field.
    Proficiency in design and analysis software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, and Easypower.
    Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC), State Energy Code, NFPA, and FGI guidelines.
    Experience conducting electrical system studies, including short circuit analysis and Arc Flash Hazard analysis.
    Ability to mentor staff in project communication and client management.
    Familiarity with standard construction practices and the ability to address construction issues with contractors.
    Capability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously.
    Previous experience in designing Healthcare, Commercial, Public Sector, Education, and/or Institutional projects.
    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
