    Additional Skills & Qualifications:Perform maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, robotic welders, and other industrial automation equipmentTroubleshoot and repair PLC systems and wiringConduct machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulationsUtilize ERP software to track maintenance activities and inventoryVisually inspect and test machinery and equipment using electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipmentCoordinates maintenance activities with production control, tool room and quality control to obtain optimum production and utilization of manpower, machine and equipmentReviews and analyzes production, quality maintenance and operational reports to determine causes of production problemsListen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variances with supervisors and other maintenance associatesConsults with production personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of productsCoordinate with Tool Crib Attendants and Maintenance Planner on purchase orders for tools, parts, and equipment as neededAdhere to all safety regulations and policies in the plant at all timesComplete scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment and report our as neededMaintain excellent housekeeping habits (5S)

    Maintain compliance with organizational policies, and safety hazardsActively participate in Production, 5Why/RCA, and other problem solving meetingsOperate forklifts and other equipment as needed
