    Nursing Assistant Trainee

    The Nursing Assistant Trainee is a development role that fosters confidence and competence to serve as a caregiver providing personal care to clients.


    This trainee, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, partners with a preceptor to deliver holistic client-centered care that promotes independence and upholds client rights in a safe, caring, efficient manner.



    Responsibilities



    • Work collaboratively with nurses on the nursing team

    • Fulfill all training requirements within designated timeframe for formal nursing assistant program
