We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate travel opportunity in Republic, WA. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience. However, exceptional candidates with the right background may be considered for roles with 6 months of experience.

As a PT, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans for various patient populations in the acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will perform the following tasks:

• Oversee and supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
• Billing: Adhere to guidelines within each setting
• Familiarity with state-specific PT board rules and regulations
• Collaborate with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a cohesive plan of care
• Understanding of adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a personalized plan of care
• Modify the plan as necessary based on patient progress
• Utilize Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks
• Provide accurate and timely documentation according to state and insurance guidelines

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience, although new graduates are encouraged to apply. A valid BLS certification and state-specific licensure are also required.

Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential.
Additional Requirements: BLS, ABPTS, 2 Years

Additional certifications may be required before commencing an assignment.
