Agency is hiring a Remote Outside Sales Agent to join our top-performing team
This is a performance-driven role with unmatched support. You'll receive hands-on coaching, accessible managers who help you hit your goals, proven systems, and the resources you need to win. We don't just expect results — we give you the structure to produce them.
Because this is a remote position, you must have a dedicated, professional workspace free from distractions. We provide top-notch equipment and technology so you're fully set up to perform at a high level from day one.

Salary Range: $85, $175,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must have your Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Some college experience preferred, but not required
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve high earning potential
- Professional demeanor with a strong desire to grow and succeed in a supportive environment
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospects over the phone to discuss their property and casualty insurance needs.
- Advise clients on appropriate coverage options to help protect what matters most.
- Present tailored insurance solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support ongoing coverage needs.
- Contribute to sales growth while developing a long-term career
