The Senior Director Brand Lead Neuroscience is responsible for leading commercial strategy brand positioning launch readiness planning execution within therapeutic category schizophrenia other psychiatric disorders ensuring successful launch sustained market growth.This role drives development HCP consumer marketing strategies optimizing engagement adoption through omnichannel execution market development field force enablement In addition this role helps steer global Lifecycle Management plan across multiple potential psychiatric disorders Responsible development commercial go-to market model overall cross-functional launch plan.
The Senior Director leads cross-functional team working closely market access sales medical affairs regulatory commercial excellence align strategic priorities ensure competitive market presence Candidate has financial responsibility product P&L This role requires highly strategic execution-focused leader deep brand launch experience psychiatric neuroscience space CNS.
